She takes a non-dieting approach in helping you get to a place where you feel happier with your relationship with food. Whether you are on the road to recovery from an eating disorder or just looking to change your eating habits - Erin will work with you to help you meet your nutrition needs and make lasting changes that stick.

Nutrition Assessment

Initial meetings consist of a thorough nutrition assessment to help Erin better understand your unique health goals and nutrition requirements. This session will include an exploration of your current eating habits and how you can further support your health by making small, gradual changes to your diet. Erin is committed to helping her clients live their best, happiest lives. She will work with you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself.

Personalized Meal Plans

You will leave your first appointment with an individualized meal plan, along with strategies to help you stay on track. This is a collaborative process that will leave you feeling supported in meeting your own health goals.

Nutrition Counseling and Education

Erin provides nutrition counselling for a wide range of clientele. Erin tailors her recommendations to each person's specific needs, preferences, and lifestyle. She works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals i.e. therapists, and physicians to help provide holistic and collaborative client-centred care. She offers support to clients regarding their nutrition needs and health goals with follow-up appointments that may be 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length, by video or phone.
